Angry Bird Thank Yous & Birthday Party!

My oldest son had his 9th birthday last week in addition to his school May Day Program and a mini-vacation on the coast.  His birthday party had about 40 guests, he wanted mexican food and it was cinco de mayo soooo..... I decided to make all the recipes I served (about 12) from scratch!  Never doing that again!  But honestly it was a lot of fun.
